Unless otherwise stated in a separate written Capture Agreement or Licensing Agreement, Kerrigan Edwards Photography retains full copyright ownership of all images, videos, and digital files created during the performance of Services. Purchases of digital or physical products through this site grant the user a personal, non-commercial license for display only. You may not edit, sell, or use images for commercial advertising without express written permission and a separate licensing fee paid to Kerrigan Edwards Photography.
